1. Introduction

Welcome to Limoninuunmuddle. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services provided by Limoninuunmuddle, located in Prague, Czech Republic. 2. Services Description

Limoninuunmuddle provides automotive care services, including but not limited to, vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, repairs, tire services, fuel services, and car wash services. All services are provided subject to availability and appointment scheduling.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We reserve the right to make changes to our services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our website or services are unavailable at any time or for any period.

3. Appointment Scheduling

When scheduling an appointment through our website or by phone, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You acknowledge that appointment times are subject to availability and may be rescheduled by Limoninuunmuddle with reasonable notice.

If you cannot keep your scheduled appointment, you agree to provide at least 24 hours' notice of cancellation. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. We accept cash, major credit cards, and electronic payments. All prices are in Czech Koruna (CZK) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

For certain services, we may require a deposit or pre-payment. You will be informed of any such requirements before services are scheduled.

Invoices unpaid after 30 days from the date of service may accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month (18% annually).

5. Warranties and Guarantees

Limoninuunmuddle provides warranties on parts and labor as follows:

• Parts: Manufacturer's warranty applies, typically ranging from 90 days to 1 year
• Labor: 90 days from service date for the same issue

These warranties do not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear. To claim warranty service, you must present your original invoice.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Limoninuunmuddle be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our services;
• Any content obtained from our services; and
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gives rise to the claim.

7. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate vehicle information;
• Disclosing known issues with your vehicle;
• Maintaining your vehicle according to manufacturer's recommendations between service visits;
• Promptly reporting any concerns with services performed; and
• Paying for services in a timely manner.

8. Intellectual Property

The Limoninuunmuddle name, logo, website, and all content therein are the exclusive property of Limoninuunmuddle. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based upon our intellectual property without express written consent.

9. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the website. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our website.
