Our Story
From Humble Beginnings
Limoninuunmuddle was founded in 2012 by two automotive engineers, Karel Novotný and Jakub Procházka, who shared a vision of revolutionizing the automotive service industry in the Czech Republic. What began as a small repair shop with just three service bays in the outskirts of Prague has grown into a network of state-of-the-art service centers across the country.
The name "Limoninuunmuddle" was inspired by the clarity and precision that the founders wanted to bring to automotive services – eliminating the confusion and uncertainty that many vehicle owners experienced when dealing with car problems.
By 2015, we had opened our first full-service facility combining automotive repairs with a premium gas station. Our commitment to technological innovation and exceptional customer service quickly earned us a reputation as the go-to destination for vehicle care in Prague.
Growth & Innovation
Between 2016 and 2020, we expanded our services to include specialized diagnostics, electric vehicle support, and environmentally friendly fuel options. Our flagship location in Prague underwent a complete redesign to incorporate cutting-edge technology and sustainable practices.
In 2021, we introduced our proprietary digital service management system that allows customers to track their vehicle's maintenance history, receive automated service reminders, and schedule appointments through a user-friendly mobile app.
Today, Limoninuunmuddle operates five full-service centers across the Czech Republic, employing over 120 skilled professionals. We service more than 50,000 vehicles annually while maintaining our founding commitment to transparency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Karel Novotný
Founder & CEO
With over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, Karel leads our company with a passion for innovation and customer service excellence. He holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and previously managed operations for a major European auto manufacturer.
Jakub Procházka
Co-Founder & Technical Director
Jakub oversees our technical operations and diagnostic systems development. His background includes specialized training in electric vehicle systems and automotive computer diagnostics. He's responsible for our technician training program and quality assurance processes.
Lucie Svobodová
Customer Experience Director
Lucie joined Limoninuunmuddle in 2016 after a successful career in hospitality management. She has transformed our customer service approach by implementing data-driven feedback systems and personalized service programs that have significantly increased our customer retention rate.
Martin Dvořák
